Once you place an order, it usually takes between 2 to 3 business days to process your order. Once processed, you should receive an email saying that your order has shipped. Your order should arrive within 8 to15 business days after that depending on your exact location. While we always aim to meet estimated delivery times, please note that actual delivery times may sometimes take longer due to events beyond our control or during busy periods.

Orders placed during the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

When you purchase you must do so knowing the import rules of your country. We cannot circumvent these rules nor can we estimate customs charges in your country. All customs charges must be met by the customer.
